If you changed your mind or if your purchases doesn’t meet your expectations your have 28 days to make a return or exchange.
If you have never been fitted in store before, we suggest that you do so before ordering. If it’s not possible please read How to find you bra size?. This is a ballpark but we find that the formula works in most cases. We will indicate if a certain bra is off (like take a cup more than you usually would, etc). Once you receive your items you can consult Is your bra the right size for you? to check if your bra fits at all the right places. You might have to return a few items before you find your fit. In any case the sensation procured by a well fitted bra is worth the try.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our team will be pleased to assist you in a return or exchange.
• Refunds and exchanges are given within 28 days of original order shipment date, accompanied by the packing slip or invoice.
• Any merchandise you want to return must be in its original packaging, with all the original tags and in original condition (i.e. neither worn nor washed).
• Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment that was used to purchase the item, or you can choose a store credit.
• No returns or exchanges on undergarments (briefs and shapewear) due to the intimate and hygienic standards.
When you return an item you will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges will not be refunded except under limited circumstances, error from Joséphine - Lingerie fine or deffective merchandise.
